Please read this disclaimer carefully before purchasing or using the Luxalign Overnight Teeth Straightening Kit (hereinafter referred to as "the Product"). By purchasing or using the Product, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Not Medical or Dental Advice

Luxalign is an over-the-counter cosmetic and wellness appliance designed for at-home use. We are not licensed dentists, orthodontists, or medical professionals. The information provided on our website, packaging, and marketing materials is for informational purposes only and is not intended as a substitute for professional medical or dental advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your dentist or a qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a dental or medical condition.

2. Not a Substitute for Professional Orthodontics

The Luxalign Kit is designed exclusively to address mild to moderate teeth misalignment, minor bite issues, and poor oral resting posture. It is not capable of correcting severe malocclusion, complex bite misalignments, or major skeletal issues. It is not a replacement for prescription clear aligners (e.g., Invisalign), traditional metal braces, or professional orthodontic supervision.

3. Individual Results May Vary

Orthodontic movement and muscle retraining depend on a variety of individual factors, including age, bone density, genetics, severity of misalignment, and strict adherence to the wearing schedule. While many users experience positive changes, Luxalign makes no guarantees regarding specific results, the exact timeline of results, or permanent correction. Failure to wear the aligners consistently as directed will drastically reduce effectiveness.

4. Health & Safety Warnings

Do NOT use the Luxalign Kit if you have any of the following conditions without first consulting a dentist:

• Severe teeth crowding or severe overbite/underbite/crossbite.

• Active periodontal (gum) disease, bleeding gums, or receding gums.

• Loose teeth, weak enamel, or severe tooth decay.

• Dental implants, veneers, crowns, or bridges that may be affected by pressure.

• Severe Temporomandibular Joint Disorder (TMJ / TMD) or jaw clicking/locking.

• You are currently wearing traditional braces or other fixed dental appliances.

Age Restriction: This product is generally intended for teens and adults. It is not recommended for young children whose jaws and teeth are still rapidly developing, unless explicitly cleared by a pediatric dentist.

5. Normal Discomfort vs. Abnormal Pain

Because the Product works by applying continuous mechanical pressure to shift teeth (progressing through stages A1, A2, and A3), mild discomfort, soreness, and slight tooth sensitivity are completely normal, especially during the first 1 to 2 weeks of each stage.
However, if you experience sharp or excruciating pain, excessive bleeding, swelling of the gums, or feel that your teeth are becoming dangerously loose, stop using the product immediately and consult a dentist.

6. Material & Allergy Disclaimer

The Product is manufactured using thermoplastic elastomers (TPE) and/or medical-grade silicone-based polymers. While these materials are generally safe for oral use, individuals with extreme sensitivities or allergies to plastics, silicones, or synthetic rubbers should consult a physician prior to use. If you experience an allergic reaction, hives, or severe swelling in the mouth or throat, discontinue use immediately and seek emergency medical attention.

7. Choking & Sleep Hazard

The Luxalign mouthpiece is designed to be worn overnight while sleeping. While the appliance is designed to fit securely over the dental arch, any oral appliance carries a rare but potential risk of dislodging. Use strictly as directed. If the device feels dangerously loose or damaged, do not wear it to sleep.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luxalign, its parent company, affiliates, manufacturers, and distributors shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to, dental bills, medical expenses, tooth loss, gum damage, or personal injury resulting from the use or misuse of the Product. You use this product entirely at your own risk.
